Purchase process
EDIX® advises you to purchase an EDIX® saddle through a well-considered purchasing process. A process in which you provide yourself with sufficient information and/or recieve advice. Buying an EDIX® saddle directly at a webshop or a dealer webshop without informing yourself in advance or consulting with the specialized saddle seller is not the most optimal way. This is because there is a nice saddle combination for every rider and every horse, but we and our horses are not all the same size. EDIX® strongly advises, expecially if this is your first EDIX® saddle combination, that you inform yourself well in advance and preferably go through the process of advice, fitting, testing, purchase and then the after-service process. EDIX® and the official EDIX® dealers are happy to provide information and advice without obligation about the optimal purchasing process.
